In an incident report posted on July 13, 2026, Visit Group says the internal service meant to renew its TLS certificates had been crash-looping and had never successfully completed an automated renewal cycle, and that the failure was visible in deployment logs while no monitoring or alerting was in place to surface it before customers were affected.
